We recently welcomed the Rocky Mountain Association for College Admission Counseling (RMACAC) Wild West Bus Tour to our Santa Fe campus!

A mix of high school and independent counselors traveled from around the southwest and west coast to visit St. John’s College and four other colleges in the southwest. While on campus, they took a campus tour, heard a presentation from Admissions, ate lunch in the dining hall, and had a Q&A with admissions officers about St. John’s. In addition, everyone left with some great St. John’s swag from the campus bookstore!

Off campus, Allison Roper made sure to show the counselors some of the best Santa Fe has to offer!  They toured the downtown area (less than two miles from campus) and enjoyed some delicious New Mexican cuisine.

We very much enjoyed showing off our campus, our city, and our corner of the Rockies, and we hope to see some of these counselors back on campus for our Summer Classics Program, which has special scholarships available for counselors and teachers. We’ll also be sure to see as many of them as possible during our fall travel season!
