Yesterday, we hosted a performance by Speak About It, a theater group focused on performances about consent, boundaries and healthy relationships. Although this performance was targeted to our undergraduates, everyone in the campus community was invited to attend. In our Student Activities Center, they performed for a terrific turnout of students, faculty, and staff.

This huge community event was inspired and supported by recent work of the the Campus Culture Committee, and their shared desire to build more deliberate, respectful relationships among all members of this community. Afterwards everyone adjourned to the dining hall for dinner, and for continued discussion about respect, human relationships, and consent.
